Which version to download form MVLS

We are going to deploy Windows 2016 in our environment

I have an old iso i downloaded some time ago

SW_DVD9_Win_Svr_STD_Core_and_DataCtr_Core_2016_64Bit_English_-3_MLF_X21-30350

I downloaded today there is a different iso version

SW_DVD9_Win_Svr_STD_Core_and_DataCtr_Core_2016_64Bit_English_-4_MLF_X21-70526

Q:Which one should i install , what is the difference between the two

Q:There is another version 1709 do we need to use that instead

Q:We use KMS , do i need to update something to support Windows 2016 activation
