Access a Server 2016 fileshare from a win NT client

A customer of ours are trying to access a file share on Server 2016 from a Win NT client.


They have done the following:


Enabled smb1

Installed Client for microsoft networks

Enabled netbios over tcp/ip

Firewall allowing file and print sharing

Firewall allowing file and print sharing over smbdirect


They are able to ping the server, but when trying to access the share, they get the error saying: "network path not found"


Any ideas?
