NIC Teaming - Direct Connect

Hi,

Is there a recommended configuration when it comes to teaming mode and load balancing mode when NIC ports are directly connected to another NIC port, i.e. a switch is not used.

If it makes any difference, this is for a Hyper-V deployment.
