What is the means of being administrator when I am not even allowed to stop Windows Update service.

So, I am using Windows 10, version 1709 (OS Build 16299.371).


I am an administrator.

But what does that mean ..... I am not even allowed to stop Windows Update service.

Seriously I am done with that sh.... . Stupid services.


It has wasted around 100 GB (seriously) of my data as each time i use internet on my computer, it eats my data in background and guess what each time it fails to install whatever it has downloaded. I am not so rich to get unlimited data, so sorry. Even if I get it, I will still be struggling with the low speed as data is being used without my permission.

I have really started hating windows. It's not user-friendly. At least not for me, after having this experience.
