Service KPS - Can't run this service

I have problem with KPSSVC.

Could not start the Key Distribution Center Proxy Service (KPS).
System error 50. Such a request is not supported.

Src to file: C:\Windows\system32\svchost.exe -k KpsSvcGroup

How to fix it? And how important is service for Server?
