Hi
I have continuous problem with computer randomly crashes.
How do I trace the source of the problem?
In the eventviewer I found 2 posts under critical
1)
0x3D55: Package family microsoft.windowscommunicationsapps_8wekyb3d8bbwe runtime information is corrupted. Attempting to correct the issue.
2)
The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.
All drivers are up to date, fast startup disbled, dell assistant system test passes (stress test of every component ) , new PowerSupply , device manager shows no problem etc
and dont know how to proceed now to finding the cause of the random crashes.
Any tips how to proceed
