hi! Ive had my inspiron for about two to three years and had only used it a hand full of times!
recently because windows10 had come out a long while back i decided to update it, but due to my laptop being full on GBs i decided to just factory reset it to save me the trouble of going through everything.
Everything was going great and suddenly after about an hour and a half of it updating the loading went from 14% and increased to 64% and immediately began to restart over and over again.
I really need this laptop fixed soon and i have nothing else left to do.
i ran the diagnostic and ran tests to see if anything was wrong, but everything keeps coming back that its fine.
This is an example of what happens, i’m not sure if its viewable or not because i’m using my iphone to send this video file.
