Ooops, and forgot to note that yours was using version 6.0.2800.1555 of
mshtml.dll.
So I guess there's no point in my looking further into other versions of
Mshtml.dll, since evidently the problem is not simply due to that DLL file,
but it ends up there.
So there is apparently something else at work here. Interesting....
