I have a PC which is running Windows Vista Version 6 (very old I know!). The PC has started to shut down and restart with a BlueScreen message multiple times a day. This is affecting the ability of our network computers to access our files. Usually those files are backed up to the cloud every day too. However, I have noted that, since the shut downs began, the backups are no longer happening. I know I need to upgrade the version of Windows but cannot do that with an incomplete backup of our files but I cannot do a complete back up because of the shut downs.
