unable to ping client server from McAfee Antivirus Server

Hi All,

Facing issue to ping Window Server 2016 IP address from the McAfee antivirus Server.

We are able to ping same subnet other servers IP address from the McAfee antivirus Server.



List of trouble shooting we did for this .

1. We enabled the file and printing sharing rule in the windows firewall.

2. Also switch off the all window firewall setting .


But still its working only unidirectional . Ping not working Bidirectional .

1. Ping from Windows Server 2016 to McAfee Server working ok.

2. Ping from McAfee Server to Windows Server 2016 not working .
