The following is my email to Toshiba and their reply. When I attempted to download an ISO image from Microsoft, there was a message saying to contact the OEM for help. Any ideas?
Dear Bruce,
The upgrade to Windows 7 from Vista was available from Microsoft for a limited time and the upgrade disc allowed Vista owners to connect to Microsoft online servers to upgrade to windows 7. this system was discontinued by Microsoft back in 2010. in order to install windows 7 on the laptop, you will have to buy a licence for it from Microsoft.
