Patches are not installing in Windows Server 2012 Standard server.

Dear All,

We are facing a problem in our environment with one of the Windows Server 2012 standard. This server we used to Patch through SCCM2016 but suddenly it stopped installing Patches through SCCM server. Then we tried to install the Patches manually but it is not installing the Patches manually also. Lastly we tried to install the Patches through Windows Update, but it is asking to restart the server again and again. Please help in this matter.
