404 http://<server name>/connect

I installed WSE 2016 months ago and could connect workstations to the domain with http://<server name>/connect without error. Recently, a disk crash prompted the reinstall of a workstation, but entering http://<server name>/connect results in a 404 error: "The page cannot be found The page you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable. : I would appreciate any insight into the problem.
