cant delete c:users/removed_user

I have sense disconnected this machine from a server 2016 domain

I am trying desperatley to delete the user profile

There is only one account on box and its an admin

advanced systems properties does not show the user

However, under the typical spot

c:/users/ old_user


old_user is still there

I need to delete this

I have tried an del /f even in the command line and it still wont delete

What am i doing wrong
