Hello,
we have recently installed a new datacenter with 2 host HPE and 1 storage SAN (DAS connected through External SAS) HPE, with Vmware vSphere 6.7 U1.
We updated all firmwares (hba, bios host, san ecc.) and fully patched all VMs (all Windows 2016 1803).
When we tried to copy and paste a larger file (image of windows server ) in a VM: from a folder to other on the same vdisk, the throughput was very unstable: initial peak (300-400MB\s), down to 50-60 MB\s and next the average throughput was 150-200 MB\s (very very slow).
In addition, when we tried to open device manager it was really slow.
I opened a ticket to the HPE vendor for both 2 hosts (DL 380G10), the storage (MSA 1050) and VMware too.
They both cleared it (no errors were found and the configuration is correct)
Can anyone help me?
