Desktop Heap Monitor ~ Windows Server 2012 R2

Desktop Heap Monitor tool does not work on Windows Server 2012 R2 (dheapmon.exe -s).

So, what is the way to monitor and troubleshoot Desktop Heap exhaustion in Windows Server 2012 R2.

Please suggest / advise.
