Windows 10 freezes randomly

Hello,

Windows 10 freezes randomly, nothing works, not the keyboard or the touchpad!

The only ways to unfreeze it is:

  • By unplugging and replugging the charger again, consequently, laptop unfreezes and I find everything I tried to do while it was freezing stacked and being done rapidly in order, like all the buttons and touchpad movements I tried when the screen was frozen!
  • Or if I don't have my charger next to me I have to force shutdown the laptop, restart, and lose my work :)

The problem started after April updates earlier this year!

I contacted the support before, and I reached level 2 support, nonetheless, I am still facing the same problem! Even MS agents can't help with it!

Specs:

Windows: 10 Pro (1803) - up to date!

Laptop: Dell Inspiron 7559 - drivers/firmware/BIOS are up to date!

Harddisk: SSD

CPU: i5-6300HQ

Ram: 8GB

GPU: Intel 530

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960M

Battery: Excellent health (checked now by Dell Power Manager)

Anyone can suggest anything, please write a comment, I am sure there is a genius out there who can work it out with me!

My level is advanced, so I am willing to do anything. However, I am not interested in reinstalling the windows, a lot of work and environments set up!

P.S. many errors appear in the event log, including and not limited to:

I tried to solve DPTF error by reinstalling the driver, but it still fires errors!

I tried to solve DistributedCOM errors by disabling DCOM from Component Services, but it still fires errors!

Thanks...
