Windows Vista Crcdisk

I installed the Windows Vista SP2 on the VMWare VM (UEFI). ISO files are boot normally on uefi machine. But when it comes to windows, it always get bsod 0x0000001e but it does not automatically restart or show anything beyond the code (no dump file too). I tried safe mode and saw that Windows Vista loaded the crcdisk.sys file and it encountered this error.

is it due to gpt disk?
