Hi,
New to Group Policies and trying to learn so I thought I would start with something easy.
I just moved to a Windows Domain from Novel.
I had access to all C drives on the network but now I have to add access to each C Drive share for me instead of administrator. In the past it would prompt me to log into that share. Now I can see all the files an any C drive that is shared but until I add myself to the share properties I can't add or delete files, edit desktops etc.
I am now doing it manually not to have a policy to do it for each workstation automatically.
Is there a way to make a Group Policy to do that and if so could you point me in the correct direction how to learn it?
Examples work best for me.
Thanks
Andy
