I have not been able to update my computer which has windows 8 for about 3-4 years,so i didnt really bother to fix it until i got and error while starting one of my games on steam which had the error "The program can't start because api-msi-win-crt-string-l1-1-0.dll is missing".I checked online for a fix and it was to update my windows to get the said file.
