All files deleted/dissappeard windows 8.1

Hi, have been having trouble with my desktop. Last week all my files (music,photos,documents,everything) disappeared from my computer. I was able to recover them by going into local disc>user and put all the folders back where they belong. However, two days ago everything disappeared again and now they are no where to be found.
