ServerAdmin$

Tried to install the Role of Windows Essentials on a 2012 R2 server. What is the ServerAdmin$ account? Does this exist already or is it something the Role creates? It added this account to Domain Admins and Enterprise Admins. I know it's used to start a Service but I can't figure out if it already existed or the does adding the Role create it?

Another question is if the Role created it, how do we get rid of it?
