Error 0x80073701 When I Install Remote Desktop Service

Hello,

I tried for several days to install the RDP service but an error appears before the end of the installation -> 0x80073701. I tried several things to solve the problem:
install update, update, sfc / scannow, chkdsk / f / r, ... I do not know what to do ... do you have an idea of the problem. PS: I noticed that my windows were half in English and half in French.
