Sims 4 Unable to Start On Windows Vista

I've had a windows vista for a while now and, I just downloaded the sims 4. When I open the game, it says.. "Unable to start: Can't run the sims 4 with the video card in this system. Please check that the video card meets the minimum specifications and that the latest video drivers are installed." Then there's a bunch of numbers and letters at the bottom. I have no idea what to do..
