I used to absolutely adore this game and play it everyday when i was younger, now I would very much like to play it again , I bought the game on steam the other day but I could not play the game, because apparently the game requires a piece of software called Direct x 9 to run, it says its incompatible with my laptop when I try to download it or any of its newer versions of Direct X, also trying to use compatibility with older versions of windows leads to a 'catastrophic error'< but I see people all over the internet who say they can still play the game on new windows 8 or 10 devices, But I don't understand how, is their any advice on how I might be able to play this game?
