Problem installing language pack (KB2607607)

I cannot install KB2607607 on Window Server 2012 (not R2) Standard.

I was trying by Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Language\Options\Download and install language pack. But everytime it fails with errorolish Language Pack - Windows Server 2012 for x64-based Systems - (KB2607607) [pl-PL_LP]
