I have a Nokia Lumia 928. If ts possible can any let me know how when the store will be functioning? I just did phone reset and my apps need to be updated but i keep getting an error code. I googled the code and in the forums it said the the store is offline or whatever. I need my phone to be functioning 100%. Please any information would be appreciated.
