My Headphone is detected when I plugged in BUT IT HAS NO SOUND

I just bought a headset for work yesterday. When I plugged in, it was detected but had no sound. I tried all the solutions like set it as the default device and update the Realtek Driver BUT IT STILL NOT WORKING It works well in other PCs and mobile phones.
