I have a windows Server 2012 R2 machine located in a central building connected to remote server machines 8 nos(windows 2008 R2 / 2012 R2). When I try initiate remote desktop connection by typing Server Name/User Name/Password filed , immediately the error message popup is appearing "An Internal Error occurred". Then I restarted the Server machine and tried connecting, this time all the remote servers are getting connected without any errors. I was in an impression that Issue got fixed after the server restart. However , next day when i tried remote connection same "Internal error" popped-up and connection was not getting successful. The server restart is proving temporary solution,I need a permanent solution and would like to know the reason why this issue is recurring.
Following option of unchecked "Reconnect if the connection is dropped" was already tried: Remote Desktop Connection>Experience>Reconnect if the connection is dropped
