Web Enrollment Certificate is not working from Windows 10 Client

Hi,

I have a windows server 2016 running ADDS, ADCS and RADIUS and one windows 10 client. When I try to send a user certificate request from internet explorer to ADCS server, it ended up with " The page has not finished loading yet, Please wait a few seconds and try again" But when I try the same thing from Server, It works fine and I able to export the user certificate.

Any idea how to fix it?
