Hello,
I currently have an issue with a Server 2012 Datacenter Installation on ESXi 5.1 (just for Info, I have 10 other Server 2012 that are working).
The issue is, that the explorer.exe keeps crashing again and again with the following Error Code and I even cannot open Explorer with my User (Domain Admin, Enterprise Admin):

Things I Already Tried:
1. Log in with different User
2. Delete User Profile
3. Windows is up to Date
4. Restart Server
5. SFC /SCANNOW

Things I Already Tried:

- Same Issue, only Account "Administrator" (Domain and local) work and I can open explorer.exe
2. Delete User Profile
- Did not help
3. Windows is up to Date
4. Restart Server
5. SFC /SCANNOW
- found no issues
