Server Drive mapped Disconnect automatically

Hi,

We are Facing Error in Connecting server mapped Z: drive.

After some time it is disconnects automatically.

when we click on mapped drive it shows MSG :

An Error Occurred while reconnecting z to \\server\d Microsoft Windows Network The local device name is already in use. This connection has not been restored.

Please Give Solution.
