PDC failing to sync time with NTP source (cisco router)

Time Provider NtpClient: No valid response has been received from manually configured peer 10.5.0.250,0x1 after 8 attempts to contact it. This peer will be discarded as a time source and NtpClient will attempt to discover a new peer with this DNS name. The error was: The peer is unreachable.


Please some one help me on this. The PDC fails to communicate with NTP only, but other clients are working fine no events being generated.
