1. If you upgrade from Windows Home Premium to Windows 7, does it wipe out all your documents and saved data, or does it remove and replace the OS only with Windows 7?


2. As a precaution, should you transfer all data on your Vista PC to a saved external drive, then reload back on to the PC when the Windows 7 proves complete in loading/operation?
