Stuck on manufactures logo

I was updating from Windows 8 to 8.1 and while it was updating I accidently clicked the power button. I powered it back on and it took me to automatic repair. I clicked restore to restore my files and now it is stuck on the manufactuers logo. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
