Upgrade of OS on my old computers

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to upgrade windows vista to Windows 7 on my old laptop.

my os is activated via product ID 89758-OEM-7332157-00204


My windows vista id P4VWT-RD6H8-GYX3C-HKQGV-3PBT7

I understand that windows vista is no longer supported, can yu please help me in upgrading to windows 7 now.
