Certificate download page

Hi,
we would like to have an webpage for external users and customers to
download certificates based on SMTP address (not as a bulkload, one
by one if you know the SMTP address). Did it someone before in ASP?

Not clear do you want just public keys of your correspondents or the private (signing) keys for smtp users.
