Security Update For Microsoft Office Failed and Windows Updates will not download

Security Update for Microsoft Office 2007 suites (KB3213649) failed. Error code is 80070005. Windows Updates says it is downloading 30 updates, but no matter how long I let the update run, it never completes the download. These related? What can I do/
