backup DC problem

Hello,

I need help, i am creating gpo's and my user configuration does not apply at all, so i typed gpresult -r in cmd the rsop data shows this.


computer configuration ===> group policy was applied from (main server)

computer configuration ===> group policy was applied from (backup server)

and i don't understand why this is happening, any help would be appreciated.
