Hello,
I am trying to help my mom with her email problem. Up until a few days ago, she was able to send and receive email using Windows Mail - Vista. Then last week she suddenly started getting an error message when she attempted to send emails....she can receive without any problem.
Email error:
Your email message was unable to be sent because the connection to your mail server: was interrupted. Please open your email client and resend the message from the sent messages folder.
When she does what is instructed above, it looks like it's sending but then the people do not ever receive her email.
We know that Vista is an outdated program, but right now is not an opportune time for her to purchase a new computer. Are there any settings that we could check to fix the problem.
