My Lap Top has been Hostage since Yesterday.

Yesterday I was on my Desk Top which is a Window Vista, yes very old, I got a very loud warning to stop what I was doing cause I had been Hacked, so I did, your Microsoft person got a hold of me and told me I had been hacked and I needed to let him check my computer and so I did, he showed me all kinds of errors and then I showed me how much it will cost me I told him no that I would get my Geek squad to check all of what he just showed me and have them, which I had just paid $200 for, check it for me, Martine Johnson is the guy whom I was talking with, was telling me how they wouldn't be able to do what he just did, but then I dropped my phone and of course it hung up, he called back about 10 minutes later, in a kind of smirky sound and said hello ms Elia having problems with your computer, we can help as I told you you have been hacked, I told him, I want my computer back the way it was before he got a hold of it, and he said he could it but that I would need to sign the contract first, so I said no thank you and I hang up.

I finally fixed my Desktop, after 3 hrs, but just this morning got my Laptop on finally, but it's stuck on Administrator: cmd.exe - cmd.exe and I can't clear it, so I can't use my Laptop.

I need help, I will not call thi Matine Johnson and pay this ransom to get my Laptop back.
