Failed to open the runspace pool .The server Manager WinRM plug-in might be corrupted or missing windows 2012 R2

Hi All,


We are try to setup the ASP in the IIS on windows 2012 R2 sever.

We have the admin right to open the cmd prompt as admin and run the "appwiz.cpl" to launch the Add/Remove programs.

Still we are getting the below error

Failed to open the runspace pool .The server Manager WinRM plug-in might be corrupted or missing

Can you please share pointer or fixes to this issue.
