How to access windows server 2016 ftp server to MAC OS

We have configured FTP server 2016 in our org. our some users are sitting out side of org. we have nated our FTP server to public IP . These users using MAC OS we are not able to connect FTP server to MAC OS . but we able to connect on windows PC inside and outside ftp server successfully.
