Start Button, Cortana, Search and System Shell Errors...not working in Windows 2016 server

Hi I have one Windows 2016 server and for one SharePoint farm account on that server Start Button, Cortana, Search and System Shell not working. While for other accounts working.

I was previously working but some how stopped working and getting error in eventvwr:
