Decrypt EFS on another computer using his username and password

Hi Guys

I got a problem, we have a employee just quit the company , some files copied onto external hard disk was encrypted via EFS by her domain user certificate. Now i know her domain name and password. However when i logging a computer using her account and password , i can't open the files.

Can anyone guided me how to encrypt the files.
