sppsvc.exe permanently stop and start automaticaly

Hello,


I have a problem with sppsvc.exe process. It's automaticaly start and stop. Of course someone can tell me that this process is configured to "start on demand" but on different servers with the same OS I have no issue regarding this process. Can someone explain me what can be the reason of this issue ? I checked in Microsoft technical support and they confirmed that my product is activated and there is no problem with this license.
