SMB re-share framework toolkit?

Hi,

I am looking for at framework/toolkit/software which can re-share existing SMB shares on a Windows 2012r2 using existing AD credentials, via http(s). SOmethink like a WebDav gateway.

I asking because my remote sslvpn users have poorly network speed using smbv2.

Any recommendations?
