Windows Server 2016 Failover Cluster S2D 4 Node UI Sluggish

We have 160 VMs running across 4 hosts and the User Interface for Failover Cluster and HyperV Management are very slow. The Hyper V Management window takes a while to refresh and load. All of the VMs perform well and checking task manager the servers are not over utilized.
