no internet

Can not get internet and only get as far as local connection only.Have done the unplug and re plug routines with modem and router to no avail. Even got a new router but still unable to connect to internet still local connection only. IP address appears okay but I am not too tech savvy.Am using another computer not my own right now.

Any tips would be appreciated.
