enalbe LDAP over SSL - Domain Controller

I'm trying to enable LDAP over SSL (LDAPS) to my Domain Controllers (Win 2008 R2) so I created Certifican Authority by Active Directory Certificate Services to one of my domain controllers (I know It's not better solution)

I verified connection to my domain controller port 636 by ldp.exe command and It succeeded; now I don't know how to go on.

What activities I have to make ?! About the other domain controllers?!
